EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2

ASSUMING COMMAND OF ALL THE ARMED FORCES OF THE GOVERNMENT

By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, I Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby assume command of all armed forces of the Philippines.

Done at the City of Manila, this fifteenth day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-five.
