In the evening, at 6:00 p.m., President Aquino joined the Manila Bulletin in commemorating their 116th anniversary. Manila Bulletin Publishing Corporation (MB) was founded as the Daily Bulletin on February 2, 1900; it was incorporated on June 12, 1912 as Bulletin Publishing Company and re- incorporated in 1959.
