PROCLAMATION NO. 487

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 208 DATED OCTOBER 5,1937, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FOREST RESERVE SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF TALISAY AND MINGLANILLA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, LOTS NOS. 7339, 6634, 6839, 6840, 6841, 6842, 6843, 6844, 6845, 6846, 6847, 6848, 6856, 7018, 7020, 7021, 7022, 7023, 7024, 7029, 7342, 7343, 7344 AND 7409 AND BLOCKS NOS. VI AND XIV AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 1120, AS AMENDED, SUBJECT TO PRIVATE RIGHT, IF, ANY THERE BE, AND TO THE CONCURRENCE OF CONGRESS PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3092.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 208, dated October 5,1937, which established the forest reserve situated in the municipalities of Talisay and Minglanilla, province of Cebu, Lots Nos. 7339, 6634, 6839, 6840, 6841, 6842, 6843, 6844, 6845, 6846, 6847, 6848, 6856, 7018, 7020, 7021, 7022, 7023, 7024, 7029, 7342, 7343, 7344 and 7409 and Blocks Nos. VI and XIV and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of Act 1120, as amended, subject to private right, if any there be, and to the concurrence of Congress pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 3092.
