PROCLAMATION NO. 510
REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 702 DATED APRIL 15, 1941, WHICH RESERVED FOR THE USE OF THE BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY TWO PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN PANDACAN, CITY OF MANILA, AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE USE OF THE PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF COMMERCE.
WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 702 dated April 15, 1941 reserved for the use of the Bureau of Animal Industry two parcels of the private domain situated in Pandacan, City of Manila;
WHEREAS, it has been decided to transfer the offices of the Bureau of Animal Industry from the site to Alabang, Rizal; and
WHEREAS, the Philippine College of Commerce has made a meritorious representation that said site be assigned for its use;
.NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 702 dated April 15, 1941, which reserved for the use of the Bureau of Animal Industry two parcels of the private domain situated in Pandacan, City of Manila, and reserve the same for the use of the Philippine College of Commerce upon its being vacated by said bureau.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
