PROCLAMATION NO. 207

RESERVING FOR NATIONAL SHRINE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF MALATE, CITY OF MANILA.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for national shrine purposes under the administration of the National Shrines Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the private domain, including all the improvements existing thereon, situated in the district of Malate, City of Manila, which is more particularly described as follows:

FORT SAN ANTONIO ABAD

A PARCEL OF LAND (the proposed Fort SAN ANTONIO ABAD NATIONAL SHRINE), situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila. Bounded on all sides, by Lot 1 of plan Swo-18580. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 47 deg. 15’W., 477.02 m. from C.B.M. 2, City of Manila,

thence N. 23 deg. 50′ W., 46.00 m. to point at 2;

thence S. 68 deg. 00′ W., 7.00 m. to point 3;

thence N. 23 deg. 16′ W., 12.05 m. to point 4;

thence N. 68 deg. 00′ E., 24.01 m. to point 5;

thence S. 23 deg. 16′ E., 6.50 m. to point 6;

thence N. 69 deg. 58′ E., 31.10 m. to point 7;

thence S. 22 deg. 32′ E., 56.05 m. to point 8;

thence N. 75 deg. 36′ E., 8.00 m. to point 9;

thence S. 12 deg. 45′ E., 30.00 m. to point 10;

thence N. 69 deg. 10′ W., 25.00 m. to point 11;

thence N. 9 deg. 07′ E., 8.50 m. to point 12;

thence S. 89 deg. 00′ W., 39.00 m. to the point

of beginning; containing an area of THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE (3,271) Square Meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by Old Points; bearings true.

NOTE: This is a portion of Lot 1, Swo-18580.
