PROCLAMATION NO. 890-A

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1971, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO.

WHEREAS, the 1st day of September marks the foundation of the City of Baguio;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 1, 1971, as a special public holiday in the City of Baguio.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-one.
