PROCLAMATION NO. 2057
DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1981, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CALOOCAN CITY.
WHEREAS, February 16, 1981, marks the 19th anniversary of the Charter of Caloocan; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishment and program of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation and participation of the residents therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, February 16, 1981, as a special public holiday in the City of Caloocan, but the day will be a regular working and school day.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 9th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-one.
