PROCLAMATION NO. 2058
DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 1981 AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC
HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES.
WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 17, 1981 marks the birth anniversary of the late Provincial Governor Juan M. Alberto; and
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper to give the people of Catanduanes, his birthplace, full opportunity to celebrate his birthday with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 17, 1981, as a special public holiday in the Province of Catanduanes, but the day will be a regular working and school day.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
