DECLARING JULY, 4, 1984, FILIPINO-AMERICAN FRIENDSHIP DAY, AS A REGULAR WORKING AND SCHOOL DAY
In view of the economic difficulties confronting the private sector, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare July 4, 1984, as a regular working and school day.
IN WITNESS HEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Four.
