PROCLAMATION NO. 351

DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 19, 1988, AS “MUNICIPALITY OF MUNTINLUPA DAY”.

WHEREAS, Monday, December 19, 1988, marks the founding of the Municipality of Muntinlupa, Metro Manila;

WHEREAS, the residents of the Municipality of Muntinlupa should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, December 19, 1988, as “Municipality of Muntinlupa Day”. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 6th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-eight.
