PROCLAMATION NO. 246

DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 7, 1993, marks the 53rd Charter Anniversary of the City of Cavite;

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and progress of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 7, 1993, as a special day in the City of Cavite.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 7th day of September in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety three.
