[REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8272]

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE SAN MIGUEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN MIGUEL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, TO TIBURCIA CARPIO MALVAR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The name of the San Miguel Elementary School in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, is hereby changed to Tiburcia Carpio Malvar Elementary School.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
