DOLE: No compromise on 13th month pay

This is the statement of Secretary of Labor and Employment Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldoz yesterday after she issued Department Advisory No. 02 Series of 2012, which spells out the guidelines on the payment of the 13th month pay.
