The unique heritage and traditions of every locality are crucial elements in the formation of its character, encouraging a sense of pride among its residents. Collectively, they form our national community, wherein every village, town, and city bands as individual weaves in the rich tapestry of our national consciousness.

Your government upholds the theme of unity in your festival and the celebration of your culture. This event also celebrates your solidarity, as you gather together, counting on each other’s abilities, and moving as one group for the advancement of your province.

May you always demonstrate passion, industry, and excellence, as you develop your industries, especially in aquaculture, agriculture, and tourism. May you be steadfast in the fulfillment of your goal of a progressive Zamboanga Sibugay, in accordance with our national agenda of revitalization.
