Reminders for air passengers
Certain airports, particularly the Caticlan, Busuanga and Naga Airports, are subject to Sunset Limitation. This means aircraft may only take off from and land at these airports after (official) sunrise and before (official) sunset, leading to some flight cancellations.
For information on flights departing from or arriving at NAIA that have been cancelled, follow @DOTCPhilippines on Twitter.
For information on the status of flights to and from Manila, send a text message to 0917-TEXNAIA (0917-8396242).
For complaints or questions regarding the APBR or airline policies, you may call the CAB hotlines (24/7): (02) 542-5234, (02) 852-8967 (Office Hours only), or (02) 854-5996 (Office Hours only). You may also e-mail any of the following CAB e-mail addresses for passenger advice/assistance/complaints: legal@cab.gov.ph and apbr@cab.gov.ph. The full text of the APBR may be viewed at/downloaded from www.dotc.gov.ph or www.cab.gov.ph.
For Air Passengers: Coordinate/check with airlines regarding prohibited items on board flights to prevent long lines at the airport x-ray screening areas. You may also tweet @ots_dotc or text/call the OTS hotline: 0919-9999OTS (0919-9999687) in case of any questions regarding security screening at airports or other OTS concerns.
With the ongoing road works, passengers are advised to plan their trips by taking into account the traffic conditions leading to NAIA.
